Dr. Jin-Meng Ho has broad and deep expertise in EE/CS accumulated from working as a researcher, engineer, and IP specialist at AT&T (Bell) Labs, Texas Instruments R&D Center, IPValue Management, and Patent Platform Services.  He also has extensive field experience in patent portfolio acquisition, creation, assertion, litigation, and defense.  Through his methodical contributions and tireless efforts, Jin-Meng rose to IP Fellow in his IP licensing career.

 

Dr. Ho served as sole or lead technologist on 10+ highly successful licensing projects, generated 200+ fruitful claim charts, wrote 100+ comprehensive surrebuttals in defending asserted patents, fielded questions at 30+ in-person and 10+ online licensing meetings,  evaluated 20+ portfolios comprising 10000+ patents, and furnished in-depth technical advice to managers, negotiators, in-house attorneys, and outside counsel.

Jin-Meng holds a B.S, M.S. and Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and is a registered U.S. patent agent. He is also an inventor on 120+ US patents.
