Anthony Grillo has been involved in intellectual property since 1992 and has developed in-depth
experience in acquiring, protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights. He has led
numerous patent licensing programs and teams for startups and Fortune 500 companies in a
variety of technology areas including computer, communications, semiconductors, and consumer
electronics. Anthony’s work has resulted in patent commercialization revenues in excess of
$700 million.

Most recently, Anthony co-founded and operated Pragmatus LLC to develop and commercialize
patent portfolios for Pragmatus and its various clients. Pragmatus’ clients included, amongst
others, Graphic Properties Holdings LLC (formerly Silicon Graphics), ObjectVideo Inc., and
Digitube Innovations, LLC. These licensing programs resulted in over a hundred license
agreements and revenue in excess of $375 million. Prior to Pragmatus, Anthony also served as
Senior Vice President of Licensing for Saxon Innovations LLC, Vice President of Licensing for
IPVALUE Management Inc., and Vice President of Intellectual Property for Agere Systems.
 

Anthony attended the University of Delaware, graduating with a Bachelor of Electrical
Engineering. Anthony obtained his law degree from Villanova University Charles
Widger School of Law after serving in the United States Air Force. He is registered to practice
before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
